To celebrate the leaps and bounds that Union and producer partners have made together over the past two decades, we’ve crafted this beautiful blend of the highest-quality, seasonal lots sourced from our long-standing partners in Rwanda, Guatemala, and Costa Rica. Evolution represents the exceptional, on-going developments in coffee and the beauty of roasting, and is a real, celebratory treat.
