For his graduation project, he chose coffee and planted his first Geisha trees. The farm, La Sonora, sits at 1,700 masl, a gift from his older brother who recognised Ronald's devotion to the craft. It's a living, breathing place - Geisha trees, avocado, guava, walnut and three natural water springs, all coexisting across 8 hectares.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis coffee is processed using an anaerobic honey method, the result is a floral, effervescent cup with remarkable clarity.
