El Chorron is Cesar Erazo’s farm, sitting up at 1680 metres above sea level and spanning over 30 hectares in the Ocotepeque municipality in Honduras. The farm is certified organic and has high productivity across the hectares.
Cesar processes his own coffee at his wet mill as well as processing coffee from neighbouring farms.
We discovered this amazing farm through our partnership with Beneficio San Marcos (BSM), a women-led local exporter. Delmy and Maricela from BSM are working with farmers’ organisations as well as individual farmers on improving productivity and quality and finding the best export markets.
