High quality coffee has wide ranging, naturally occurring taste notes. The dominant flavour profile in this coffee is Chocolate & Caramel. Brought out by the roasting process – caramelisation happens towards the end of the roast. Generally the darker the roast, the more dominant the chocolate and caramel flavours are.

This coffee is a dark roast. Roast level influences the flavour and body of coffee, and darker roasts are fuller bodied, with bold, rich chocolatey notes.

This is one flavourful, characterful cup – a blend of coffees from smallholder farmers in Honduras and Peru, with caffeine removed by natural process without chemicals. It’s indulgent, rich and full-bodied, with hints of dark caramel.

We only use water and carbon dioxide in our decaffeination process, meaning it is a completely natural process. Find out more about the decaffeination process
