WHAT TO EXPECT
Brewed coffee is an important addition to any speciality coffee menu. In this course we learn a number of filter brewing methods; Chemex, V60, Cafetiere and how they highlight particular flavour profiles in coffee.
You will leave the course with all the required knowledge to practice and hone your filter brewing skills in your café or at home. You will fall in love with brewing!
Anyone who would like to understand the key factors that impact and make for good brewing. It's useful to attend our Sensory Training Course prior to this one as it provides a good introduction on how to analyse taste & flavour.

This course consists of theoretical and practical elements.
We will discuss, practice and learn about grind size, turbulence, brew ratio, water quality and a lot more. You will get the chance to brew coffee, make mistakes and analyse the results with the trainer.
