2. Eligibility: This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over at the time of entry. Employees of the Promoter, De’Longhi, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter: No purchase is necessary. To enter, participants must submit their email address via the entry form available at: https://unionroasted.com/pages/delonghi-competition. Only one entry per person is permitted. Incomplete, illegible, or duplicate entries will not be accepted.
4. Opening and Closing Dates: The promotion opens on 5 May 2026. The closing date for entries is 23:59 on 31 January 2027. Entries received after this time will not be counted.
5. Winner Selection: A total of 10 winners will be selected at random from all valid entries on or after 5 February 2027. The draw will be conducted using a randomised selection process.
6. The Prize: Each winner will receive a De’Longhi Rivelia Automatic Bean to Cup Coffee Machine (RRP £749.99). The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
7. Winner Notification: Winners will be contacted via the email address provided within 5 working days of the draw. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
8. Publicity: The Promoter may publish or make available the surname and county of prize winners. If a winner objects to this information being made available, they should contact the Promoter using the details above. In such circumstances, the Promoter may still be required to provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request.
9. General: The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, or satellite, network, or server failure of any kind. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who is found to be tampering with the entry process or acting in breach of these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.
