Every café, restaurant, hotel, etc. reaches a point when coffee knowledge is required onsite, day in and day out. This training gives you the basic and necessary skills to start your training journey. This course isn't only focussed on coffee. We want to help you understand ways of learning and how to best relate to the people you train. |

SUITABLE FOR |
This training is designed for baristas with a passion and desire to teach their peers. Excellent barista and communication skills plus prior attendance of our Barista Skills Level 1, 2 & Maintenance courses are mandatory before attending our Train The Trainer course. |

Futher Information
In this course we'll discuss and identify the qualities that make a good trainer and how to adapt to the way different people learn.
We will provide insight into how to plan and conduct training sessions to Union Coffee standards. And after the course it will be your turn to spread the coffee word and help others fall in love with coffee too.
