There are a couple reasons why this might be:

• Previously you have checked out as a "guest" in which case you will need to register for an account
• You may have have forgotten your password. Try resetting your password by clicking on the "Forgot your password?" link on the account login page

If neither of these work, get in touch and we'll be able to help.

If you're in the UK, standard delivery is £3 per order.

If your order is over £25 or above 2kg in weight (that's 2 x 1kg bags or 10 x 200g bags) then delivery is free.

If you're outside of Mainland UK then your order will be sent via a local courier and the delivery cost will be calculated on a weight basis. For full breakdown of delivery costs, see here.

Unfortunately due to the increasing complexity and challenge of crossing borders around the world at the moment, we now only offer delivery to the United Kingdom.

This isn't something we currently offer but it is a feature we're looking to provide in the near future.
