Memsahib's Martinez

This quick and easy recipe was created by our friends at Dishoom. A Memsahib is a term of respect for women in India. This is their twist on a classic Martinez (a precursor to the gin martini).

A medley of contrasting flavours, sweet, richness from the Cold Brew and vermouth, a lingering dry depth from the gin and sour punch from the cherry and bitters. Well worth a try.
