- This prize draw is only open to Eligible Participants. An Eligible Participant is a UK resident aged 18 or over. Union Hand-Roasted Coffee reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all Eligible Participants. By taking part in this promotion, Eligible Participants confirm that they accept the terms and conditions set out below. This promotion excludes employees of Union Hand-Roasted Coffee (the “Promoter”), their immediate families, its affiliated companies, distributors, agents or anyone else professionally connected to the Promotion.
- Eligible Participants can enter the prize draw by visiting unionroasted.com/coffeeandbooks between 12:00am GMT on 5th of November and 11.59pm GMT on 24th of November (Closing Date) 2020 and entering their full name and email address as directed. Any entry received after the Closing Date will not be entered into the prize draw. No purchase or fee is necessary to enter this prize draw. No responsibility will be taken for lost, damaged, delayed or illegible entries. Proof of delivery is not proof of receipt. No entries will be acknowledged.
- Personal data will be taken where necessary from all entries received but shall be limited to those details reasonably necessary for the administration of the competition. This information may be shared with any other third parties reasonably involved in the prize draw without liability to Union Hand-Roasted Coffee or such third parties. - Only one entry per person is permitted, no third party or bulk entries are permitted. Union Hand-Roasted Coffee reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any person it finds (a) to be attempting to enter more than once; (b) to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of this prize draw; (c) to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions; (d) to be acting otherwise than in good faith; or (e) to have provided any false or misleading information as part of the process of entering the competition.
- There is a total of 1 prize. The winner will be drawn at random under independent supervision and notified by Union Hand-Roasted Coffee via email on or before 5th of December 2020. Upon being contacted by Union Hand-Roasted Coffee the winner will be provided with details of how the claim the prize.
- The winner must accept the prize within 30 days of notification. If the winner does not confirm their intention to claim the prize within this time, a supplementary winner may be selected from the remaining entries at Union Hand-Roasted Coffee's discretion.
- The winner will be required to provide their name, address and email address to enable Union to send the coffee to them.
- The prize includes 24 200g bags of randomly selected Union coffee (2x200g sent every month), and 12 books from Vintage Books selection.
- The prize is non changeable and non transferable. No cash or credit alternatives are offered.
- Union Hand-Roasted Coffee accepts no responsibility for damage or loss resulting from misdirected or incomplete entries arising from computer malfunction, viruses, bugs or telephone malfunction or other such causes. Union Hand-Roasted Coffee has no responsibility for any malfunction, delay, loss or damage caused by its malfunction, or the actions of its administrators.
- This promotion will be governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. Promotional materials form part of these terms and conditions, but in the event of any conflict these terms and conditions will prevail.
- By entering, the winner agrees that if they win they will participate in any reasonable publicity arranged by The Promoter or its agencies.
